After that, the Microsoft launcher will ask you to give the permission to track app usage as well.

Monitor app usage with Microsoft Launcher
Once given the correct permission, you need to navigate the Activity details of your Child’s account and monitor the usage.
It will take few minutes to show you the activities.
So, if you have just set it, then you need to give it some time.
Soon, you will see a report that apps are accessed and time spent on each ypp.
Now, there is no way to block apps. We can say that Microsoft might bring this feature if they introduce app locking through the Microsoft Launcher. That can be the only method to block apps.
